Time required for customized paintings is 2 weeks (excluding the delivery time) because oil paintings usually take time to dry completely. We always recommend patience in this case because sending you the best artwork for your money is our first priority.

Packaging:

The painting is rolled in acid-free paper and then in a bubble wrap sheet. To protect the painting well during international shipping, all paintings are rolled(Unframed/Not stretched) and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard solid tube to avoid damage. It’s 100% safe and the painting comes back to its original/flat state once you unroll it. 

A border of 2 inches on all sides of the painting is left to ensure safe stretching and framing.

Important Details:

  • Painting is fully varnished for protection and enhanced durability.
  • Artist's signatures are added at the front of the painting.
  • All the paintings are hand painted using professional grade oil paints and 100% high quality cotton canvases to enhance the life of the painting.

Delivery:

  • We offer worldwide delivery. Free delivery for orders of or above $250.
  • Delivery usually takes about 8-12 business days (depending on your location and actual logistics).
  • Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. L’art Haven will not be responsible for delays due to customs.

  • The frames shown in the pictures are for display only and are not included.
  • Due to lighting effects and the monitor's brightness/ contrast settings etc, the color tone of the website's photo and the actual item could be slightly different. You can ask for more photos of the product.
